i used to have really thick, frizzy, poofy hair that was dry. i did many things to it. i tried scrunching it with gel and hairspray and mousse and spray gel. my hair started falling out in large chunks so i gave up on all these products and settled on one. i used garnier fructis sprary curl gel. this helped to scrunch my hair but my hair still fell out alot so i gave up on it too. it also wasnt giving me the scrunched and moist soft curl look i wanted. now all i do is straigten my hair with sunsilk straigten up and a straightening iron. my hair is still falling out and i want to give my hair different looks. how do i make my hair stop falling out? how do i get soft non-poofy non-frizzy bouncy moist curls? wat products should i use?
plz and thank u

OK.
STOP DOING ANYTHING TO YOUR HAIR THIS MINUTE.
Hair falling out is your hair's ultimate way of signalling, "I'M EXTREMELY DAMAGED, STEP OFF!" You need to see a hair specialist immediately, and get some conditioning treatments and possibly more to remedy this before you are bald. You have over-treated and damaged your hair, and it can't take much more.

Never straighten your hair if its already damaged! Especially if it's falling out, straightening it is going to make it even worse.
I would go to a doctor or a salon and ask them about it, because its not normal for hair to fall out that much.
I suggest stopping with all the products..theres strong chemicals in them that are bad for your hair...all this stuff your doing to it is just going to make it worse. Just wash it, condition it, and let it dry naturally. Then wear it like that. or put it up.

There is nothing wrong with thick frizzy poofy hair. You just have to know how to handle it. I think you should stop using all products and stick with a basic Shampoo and a Deep Penetrating Reconstructor, I recomend K-PAK made by JOICO. To controll the frizzyness you should blow it dry and for curls you should use a round brush just when you are blow drying it. Good Luck!

i would definitly go to a hair dresser... not just the gal at fantastic sams or great clips down the street.
go to a nice salon and ask them what you can do for your hair...ask for specific brand names of shampoos and conditioners etc...
good luck!
