no matter how i comb it, my hair falls back to how it usually does (straight down) if i part it, it just falls straight. How can i get it to stay in a different position without hair gel or spray?

Use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner and dry your hair with a round brush. Round brushes can give your hair volume, curl, and even straighten(even though you don't need that).

you really cant without gel or spray. unless you glue it up or use stints. paper clips and barrettes could work to I guess. But gel would probably be easier. You could hold it up with your hand. You have heard of gravity right. Why would it just fall a different way unless you use something to keep it from doing that

this may take a few days if you have always parted your hair a certain way.

you'll want to part it while its wet perferred b/4 you go to bed use bobby pins to keep it in place. if its day time use the pins until your hair drys after a few days it should just part that way.

Use a blowdryer on it while its wet. Hold head upside down and dry the roots.
