You know tomato juice is really good, but V8 works even better. Our dog got sprayed bad recently and all we had was V8 and it got rid of skunk almost totally. Tomato juice cuts it down but something in the V8 works better. Take this from some one who has had to deal with skunks on dogs on numerous occasions. Good luck...

wash it with tomato juice. . . tomato helps get rid of skunk smell. . . we had a cat that was sprayed by a skunk once and we washed the cat in tomato juice and it helped tremendously. . .you may need to wash it in tomato juice a couple of times though

Tomato paste and I hate to say it, but douche. It worked on my dog when it got skunked once.
