Eccentric hair dye & makeup?

I'm going to a mystery party where i have to play an eccentric tattoo artist. I have dark hair and dark eyes, and I was thinking of just getting some spray on green hair stuff, but I'm not sure what to do with my makeup to make it work. I only have black and blue eyeliner, and a mix of brown eyeshadow, and some light blues, dark blues, a light purple, but no greenish anything. What will work with brown eyes and green hair, and not make me look like a clown? Could you maybe show me a picture? I'm not really good at makeup anyways. lol. So whatever you can tell me will help. Thanks a bunch!!

hey there. I dont have any pictures but the lady who did my tattoos is really eccentric looking. She has black and blonde hair which you could do with like a white or blonde spray stuff.

also i would do something with like cheap hooped small earrings which you could break the clasp off and get three and slot them on your lips one in the middle and one on either side. and in terms of makeup i would do quite gothic with a brown eye shadow, then with the light purple over it..if you can get hold of Barry M eyeshadow where you live get on of the bright purples and do it only on a small amount on your eyelid, not up to your eye brows. When put on LOADS of black eyeliner, if you have liquid even better, doing a cats eye kind of thing where it flicks up to your eyebrow at the sides!!! get some henna tatts or some stick ons. Thats what she looks like but i would definately go for the dark eyeliner with the bright purple underneath. If you cant get a bright one then i would suggest using the one you have and scraping some off so it powders, making your finger wet and putting it on then.it feels weird but is brighter!

try getting some temporary hair dye

%26amp; dye the top layer of your hair

blonde( not all, just chuncky random streaks )

%26amp; under try some streaks of pink.

eyes,

thick black mascara.

black eyeliner NOT blue.

use the brown shadow in the back crease of your eye.

try some bright color in the front crease

( pink would look awsome! )

you will look ahmazzzingly eccentricc!

do extreme lining around your eyes. (cleopatra)

put dark blue on your lids and and line with black and blue liners.
