Help with scrunching hair?

i just bought aussie scrunching spray and if i spray it on my hair wet it would still turn out as usual when it air dries which is big, poofy, and curly. do you think straightening my hair and then spraying it in my hair would give it the scrunched look?

Well, this isn't really scrunching but this is how i wear my hair curly. First i wash my hair with shampoo then when i get out i put in anti frizz sirum , leave in conditioner then aussie mousse. Comb through. Next take small to medium peices of hair and twist it until it startes to twist onto itself then pin it on top of your head, do that with the rest of your hair. take out clips when you hair is allmost dry then let it finish air drying, after that you might need to break up the curls a bit , depends on what you want it to look like. Hope i helped!

i just buy a big thing of gel and put a lot of gel in my hair after i get out of the shower. then when it dries i spray it with hair spray.

if u straighten your hair theres no point of scrunching it. personally i think hair looks better straightened.

If you haven't tried, rub a leave in conditioner after washing hair instead of a heavy conditioner. I towel dry until it's only slightly damp then twist hair and scrunch the twisted bit. it really helps form looser, smoother curls. It just takes a little more time. Or load up on gel and ride some where with the windows down, it's a great natural approach.

well i buy herbal essences totally twisted curl boosting moussee. what you do is after you come out of the shower, dont brush your hair so you still have that curly look, and then you just put the spray in and like scrunch your hair, like as in take spray and make it like curlier..? well anyway then you use a finger difuser on your hair dryer and dry your hair on low or warm. DO NOT DO IT ON HIGHH. it makes your hair poofy.

no it but you could use a diffuser attachment on a blow dryer

What I do with my curly hair is flip my head upside down while my hair is wet, spray whatever product I'm using into my hair and use my hands to rub it through my hair (pulling my hair down straight towards the floor) then once my hair has enough product I use my hands to scrunch the curls in and flip my head over and let it air dry. Once it's dry I use my fingers to fluff and seperate the curls. If you have frizzy hair like I do you are better off not letting a hairdryer anywhere near your hair and you may want to apply an antifrizz serum before using the sprunch spray.
