i use a flat iron at least 5 times a day and i use a heat spray but my hair is still damaged i was wondering if there is a better iron or a heat protector please help my hair looks so bad!!!!

I would suggest letting it take a rest. try a hot oil treatment. and maybe go curly for a few days.it might be better than damaging your hair further. also try a deep conditioner.or leave in conditioner.

Try deep conditioning and avoid using heat on hair as much as possible. Also make sure you use heat protection products on your hair to prevent furthur damage. Many hair brand companies sell them such as Redkin and Tresemme.
