Stop eating greasy food... We are what we eat... Your hair expels what you eat... Try shampooing with a less greasy one and use a conditioner with less grease also... Also, don't touch or comb your hair constantly since this also activates grease to be released....

try wiping your straightners clean after using them because sometimes grease has stayed on them and transfered onto your hair without you realising

My guess would be that it builds up because you use it so often, and so skipping a day will make your hair still be greasy. My recommendation would be to use a clarifying shampoo once a week to strip off all the gunk you put into it during the rest of the week. I get this same problem with leave-in conditioners building up.

a good clarifying shampoo will help with remove dirt and build up of products in your hair. Also when you rinse out conditioner in ur hair, make sure you rinse it all out. I know when i had my long hair it used to be like that because i wouldnt rinse out my conditioner all out. As well, keep in mind not to use a lot of spray, you only need a little.

At least twice a week, use a cleansing shampoo and a light conditioner on your ends only. Too much product on your roots will result in oily hair. It's not greasy foods that are producing oil in your hair.

Also a hair powder (or even baby powder) is good to combat against oily/greasy hair.

Lighten up on your products (dime size) and apply mostly to ends. You also may have over active oil glands in your scalp. Try a shampoo or scalp treatment for oily hair.

when your hair gets greasy put some witch hazel on your part and it will help take away some of the greassiness
