i have been straightening my hair for a while now, my hair comes out really fluffy when it dries after the shower, it think its because i don't use any protection from heat,so if i use heat defense spray would my hair fluff up anymore or get dried and stressed out??

ohmygoodness, NO protector at all!?
girl go to your local salon asap and get yourself some biosilk. the actual silk not the shampoo or conditioner. apply it when your hair is damp, and apply it to ALL of your hair before you straighten it and a little bit after in MODERATE amounts. not too much.
it's a bit on the expensive side but it's worth it.

and consider a leave in conditioner. pantene's a good one for that, pretty cheap too.
your hair doesn't seem to be in too good of a condition right now, start conditioning it deeply at least once a week. healthy hair is pretty hair (:

you should always be using a heat protector when styling your hair with heated tools. so i would totally reccomend you get some. tresemme(sp?) has some i think an Chi has some as well. and just use that.
with a good deep conditioner and possibly a leave in conditioner once a week.

u need to use heat protection before straightning ur hair all the time or else ur hair is going to get worst
